Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we are licensed to board dogs and take pride in providing a safe and comfortable environment for your furry friend. Our license has been granted by the MTCBC and is displayed for all to see in our hallway. Additionally, we are fully insured to give our customers added peace of mind. We take the safety and well-being of all animals in our care very seriously, and we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do.

As a responsible and caring pet care provider, we require all dogs to be fully vaccinated to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care. This includes protection against common illnesses such as distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and leptospirosis, as well as kennel cough which is highly contagious among dogs. Prior to your dog's stay with us, we kindly request a photo or copy of their vaccination card, which will be securely uploaded to their record on our system. This will save you from the hassle of bringing the card every time you visit us. Additionally, we require all dogs to have flea and worming treatment prior to their stay to maintain a healthy and hygienic environment for all pets.

It's important for us to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all of our canine guests, which is why we have certain restrictions in place. We are not able to accept females in or due to be in season during their stay for home boarding, as this can cause unnecessary stress and disruptions for other dogs. Additionally, we are not able to accept entire males, as per our council license requirements.

We understand how important your dog is to you, and we aim to provide the same level of care and attention that you give them at home. We want them to feel comfortable and at ease in our care, which is why we will try our best to follow their usual routine. Our daily walks are tailored to each dog's needs and preferences, and we have a secure dog field where they can run, play, and socialize with other dogs in a safe environment. Rest assured that your dog will have plenty of exercise and fun while staying with us.

Of course you can! We understand how important it is for pet owners to stay updated on their pets while they are away. As you can imagine we're always busy at Paw Seasons, so if you ever want to know how your dog is doing, just drop us a message and we can update you as soon as possible. We want you to feel reassured and have peace of mind while you're away from your beloved furry friend.
